DISCOVER PHYSICAL STORIES
A magical movement packed adventure for 3 to 7-year-olds. Every class weaves storytelling into with grounding yoga flows, playful dance moves, dramatic games, sing-along songs and colourful props that spark imagination. The kids become heroes in these tails, crawling through jungles, soaring like birds, or learning to brave by facing our fears. All the while building focus, balance and calm. It's mindfulness in motion, short joyful, sessions that leave little ones relaxed, confident and buzzing with creativity.
Parents love how it helps their little wiggly ones sit longer, sleep better and open up emotionally, with it out ever feeling like exercise.
Weekly classes are 45 minutes long with limited spaces, so book our trial session now. Joanne believes it's important that parents get to see what their little ones are doing and learning at this age, so are welcome to watch every session.

A WORD FROM JOANNE (Teacher)
"As a teacher, I have seen the benefits that children gain from partaking in the arts and the joy and confidence this gives them. I have also seen an increase in the number of children dealing with mental health issues and believe it to be really important for kids to be taught strategies to deal with life's stresses when they are young, so that they have tools to access throughout their lives. I started movement and mindfulness time with my own daughter, then invited friends’ children to try it… and Physical Stories was born! I really believe in these classes for children and encourage you to come along and try one out." - Joanne
