Hi parents and caregivers,

I am Joanne Lisik and I run Physical Story classes for Kids. I am a teacher, director, actor, dancer and singer.

 

I have been teaching for over ten years as a Fully Registered NZ Secondary School Drama Teacher. I completed a three year undergraduate Creative Arts degree in the UK and a one year diploma in Musical Theatre. I gained my teaching qualifications at Victoria University here in beautiful Wellington.

 

I have taught Drama, Dance and Art in both Primary and Secondary Schools and am fully vaccinated. I taught for many years at Chilton Saint James School and now I am a Drama teacher at Queen Margaret College in Thorndon.

 

I am also is a mother to two young girls who love to move, sing and create! Facilitating my six year old and her three year old sisters creativity and challenging their imagination is actually one of the reasons I started these classes, as I wanted them to do a class like Physical Stories!
